I disagree that facilities at train and bus stations should be improved for disabled people.
To start with, there are already pathways and gates that are designed for people in the wheelchairs.
That means, ramps and ticket entrances are wide enough to ensure easy access for the physically-handicapped commuters.
In addition to that, there are already facilities that are installed for the blind and the deaf. Elevators and doors are equipped with Braille buttons for the convenience of the blind. Also, there are digital signboards that flashes warnings and schedules for those who can’t hear audio announcements.
Therefore, I think there's no need to improve the facilities for disabled people at train and bus stations.
