I agree on this statement that schools should give free lunch and here are some reasons why.
Firstly, some children are living below the poverty line and they can not afford to have nutritious meal. If schools could provide children with at least one healthy meal a day, the child's learning capability would not be impaired. This enables children to stay focused and retain information from the lecture.
Secondly, it eliminates bullying and shaming when all are getting the same free meals during lunchtime. There would be no division between students who can afford and those who can’t afford expensive meals.
To conclude, having access to free lunch is necessary for students to do better at school and to feel the sense of equality as well.
